NAPHA has been a client of Arebbusch for quite a few years, and we have always had good service whenever we had a workshop there, the satff are friendly and helpful, and the responsible manager, which in our case was Charlene, is always willing to go the extra mile to assist and accommodate us.

Productions and Promotions Unlimited in conjunction with Arebbusch Travel Lodge held a bartender workshop at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant on Wednesday the 16^th of March 2011. It was a first ever for Namibia. A specialist cocktail barman from South Africa worked alongside some of Arebbusch’s cocktail barmen and showed them ways in which to improve what they are currently doing and taught them a few new tricks and mixes as well. For entertainment, the South African barmen showed off his flaring skills by juggling with some of the mixers. Arebbusch is proud to be at the forefront of innovation by being a partner in this initiative and an industry leader in bar tendering in Namibia. For more information, click here.

NS60.00 per adult for the Full English Breakfast Buffet on Saturday and Sunday Mornings from 6:30am until 10am. Children between 6 – 12 years of age pay 50% of the adult rate that is valid from Monday to Friday for the Full English Breakfast Buffet. Children under the age 6 eat for free.  NOT APPLICABLE TO FUNCTIONS/CONFERENCES.

Train the trainer Workshop

Tom Mutavdzic together with Arebbusch Travel Lodge held a “train the trainer” workshop at Arebbusch from the 11^th of January 2011 until the 13^th of January 2011. Two participants attended from Arebbusch Travel Lodge – Jerome Husselmann and Katja Kleingunther . Together they are responsible for training the staff at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant. This course will help to equip them with the skills that they need as trainers. This is indicative of Arebbusch Travel Lodge’s commitment to training and its belief that developing human capital is essential in ensuring sustainable growth, especially in the service industry.

Arebbusch Travel Lodge would like to take this opportunity to thank all of its clients for their loyal support throughout 2011. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas, a Blessed Festive Season and a Happy New Year. We look forward to welcoming you back early in 2011. For those who are travelling, please travel safely and for those who are staying in Windhoek, please take note that it will be business as usual at Arebbusch, except for the 31^st of December when the restaurant will be closing a little earlier, and remember that we have a wonderful lunch buffet available for Christmas Day (reservations are essential).

Arebbusch Travel Lodge in conjunction with Rent – A – Drum is proud to announce the launch of Arebbusch Travel Lodge’s recycling program. All waste generated at Arebbusch Travel Lodge is now gathered up and sent to one central point where it is then separated and collected by Rent-A-Drum for recycling.
