A Bit About Glühwein
It is Gluhwein time again at Arebbusch Travel Lodge.
Bursting with aromatic seasonal spices, Gluhwein is a delicious, hot and zesty drink made from red wine. It is a traditional German beverage offered and drunk throughout winter.
Method of preparation – Place the red wine in a sauce pan/pot, cut up some orange wedges, pierce with cloves, and mix in some cinnamon and nutmeg. Taste and adjust sugar, serve with lemon if desired. It is great for home-entertaining, for your quiet enjoyment in front of the fireplace and for a lovely evening out with friends/family at a restaurant.
The Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant is proud to announce that it is offering Gluhwein to help you ward off the winter chills from Monday – Sunday (except on Wednesday) – 5pm until late. N$20.00 per glass. Subject to availability.

Meals to suit whatever your dietary needs may be and are absolute value for money. A relaxing, warm atmosphere. A person feels so welcomed and cared for at your establishment.
