Arebbusch Travel Lodge is proud to announce that it is assisting the SPCA again in two noteworthy causes:

1. Sponsor a Kennel For Christmas Campaign.

As we all know Christmas is around the corner and this is a time of giving ,whereby all the precious doggies deserve a present as well. The SPCA currently have over 200 dogs which all need to be taken care of ,whether it be food, cleaning, an upgraded kennel or love. The cost per kennel (with two dogs ) is N$ 1000.00.

Arebbusch Travel Lodge was able to sponsor a kennel and would like to challenge all other companies and indiviuals at this time of the year to do the same.

If you would like to sponsor a kennel , please forward this amount and remittance with your Company logo to the email address below the bank details.

2. Shimmy for Shelter – in aid of the SPCA

Shimmy for Shelter is a Sascha Olivier-Sampson initiative. Sascha is the founder and instructor at Moon Goddess Dance Studio. Shimmy for Shelter is the Namibian contribution to World Belly Dance Day, an event which happens annually on the 2nd Saturday of May. The aim of Shimmy for Shelter, which was established in 2010, is to raise money for charity while raising awareness about the art form. Dancers world over who take part in the World Belly Dance Day, arrange events to raise money for charities of their choice. In the case of “Shimmy for Shelter” the charity is the SPCA Namibia.

Arebbusch Travel Lodge is proud to be sponsoring the venue for next year’s event.

Christmas Lunch Buffet at Arebbusch Travel Lodge

The Restaurant at Arebbusch Travel Lodge hosted a wonderful Christmas Lunch Buffet on the 25th of December 2011.

The event started at 12 midday and continued until 14:30 in the afternoon – providing everyone who attended with ample time to relax and enjoy the Christmas spirit with their families.
