Arebbusch Travel Lodge has released the first copy of its newsletter – The Arebbusch News.

Welcome to the very first edition of The Arebbusch News. We hope that you will find it informative and enjoyable to read.

Firstly, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our clients and loyal supporters a very happy and prosperous 2012.
A big thank you to all of you for a wonderful 2011 and we are looking forward to welcoming you back this year. We undertake to continue to improve on our service and standards throughout the forthcoming year.  

Christmas Lunch 2011

Chistmas lunch was a great success with more than 170 people joining us for a spectacular buffet. A big thank you to all who attended and the photographs that were taken at the event have been uploaded to our Facebook fan page – Click Here – to view them. Weekend Specials

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that we are still running some fantastic weekend specials:

On Friday and Saturday nights the standard rooms are being given away at N$500.00 per room and you only pay the bargain price of N$750.00 for a Luxury room located at Arebbusch Square.
Maximum double occupancy permitted in both the Standard and Luxury rooms.

Then on Saturday and Sunday morning you may partake in our renowned Full English Breakfast Buffet at only N$60.00 per adult.

Competitions

We have a couple of wonderful competitions running at the moment that we would love you enter:

1. The Arebbusch Travel Lodge Premium Burger Competition

We have just recently launched a new range of premium burgers at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant and we now need your help in naming them.

The challenge:

1. Try one or more of the burgers in our Premium Burger range at the restaurant.
2. Come up with a fun and creative name for one or more of them.
3. Fill in the entry form on our website – www.arebbusch.com/competition
4. We will then select the best ones and post them on our facebook fan page – the names that get the most likes will then be selected as the winners.

Prizes to be won:
1st Prize – Two nights at any one of Taleni Africa’s establishments in Namibia - that includes – Desert Camp, Etosha Village or Sossusvlei Lodge  PLUS a case of 200ml Coca Cola. 
2nd Prize – Two nights at Hotel Schweizerhaus in Swakopmund, Namibia – PLUS a case of 200ml  Coca Cola. 
3rd Prize – Dinner for Two People at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant – PLUS a case of 200ml Coca Cola.

2. Wedding Photograph Competition

How it works:

1. Book your wedding at Arebbusch Travel Lodge.
2. Send us a copy of your wedding photographs.
3. Twice a year – once in June and once in December – we will place all of the entrants photographs on our Facebook fan page.
4. You and your friends will then be given a chance to like them.
5. The album with the most likes will win N$2000.00 in cash and a romantic weekend getaway at Arebbusch Square.

Book & Pay Online

Convenient, fast and easy to use. You can now book your accommodation and pay for it online. All you have to do is follow this link: www.onlineres.co.za/roomsearch  - it might also be a good idea to save it under your favourites for easier access next time. This link can also be found on our website on any one of the accommodation pages – all that you have to do is click on the book now link.

1. After landing on the accommodation search page, you first need to create a user profile. You only have to do this once. Everytime thereafter you will log-in using the same username and password.
2. Once you are logged in, you can run an accommodation search. All you have to specify are the dates, number of adults and children, and the room type.
3. Based on your search criteria, you will be given a number of accommodation options and their prices, select the one that you want by clicking on select now.
4. You will then be shown a summary of your chosen accommodation, stipulated dates, etc – if you are satisfied with your booking, click on the create reservation button at the bottom of the screen. Alternatively you can click on “back to search results” to change your booking.
5. You will then be taken back to the accommodation search screen. In the top left hand side of the screen you will now see a grey block with the words “My Cart” written in white and underneath them the words “checkout”. If you are satisfied with your booking click on the words “checkout”.
6. You will now be taken to the cart contents screen – click on the make reservation button.
7. You will now be taken to the payment screen where you are required to provide your credit card details – at this point in time you may only pay with Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
8. Your booking is complete and you will be provided with a reference number.
