4-5 Bed Self-Catering Chalets

Self-Catering units offer you the option of catering for yourself. The units are equipped with all of the same amenities that the standard rooms provide plus they have cooking facilities.

The self-catering option is ideal for you if you do not want to be bound by restaurant opening and closing times, have special dietary requirements, are travelling with your family or are staying for a longer period of time. You will find the units especially attractive if enjoy braaing or barbequing – a favourite past time of many Namibians and South Africans.

These chalets comprise of one large bedroom, an open plan living room with an adjacent kitchenette and a bathroom. One of the beds is located in the living room and the remaining 3 or 4 beds (depending on the unit) are located in the bedroom.

The kitchenette is fitted with all of the items that are required to cater for yourself: cutlery, crockery, toaster, fridge, kettle and a stove. A microwave is available on request from the reception. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and wash-basin.

In addition, the chalet is also equipped with a telephone, air conditioner, linen and TV with DSTv. The DSTv channels available include Multichoice’s DSTv Hotel Package, Sky News and the Discovery Channel.

The braai/barbeque facilities and a 4 – 6 seater bench are located outside on the stoep/patio, which is protected from the elements by a roof that extends over it. Parking is provided under shade nets that are located either next to or in front of the chalet.

Rooms are serviced daily and breakfast may be taken as an optional extra.

For your convenience, there is within easy walking distance, a swimming pool and a reception which is open 24 hours a day. There is a same day laundry service, shuttle service and with the purchase of a voucher, internet access either via a wireless network or a fixed internet access terminal at the Arebbusch Square Reception.

The absolutely unique setting in which the Chalet is located offers you a combination of wide open spaces, natural plant life, indigenous wildlife and beautiful gardens.
