Dear Management 

My name is Mandla Mabale, a Deloitte consultant from South Africa and I have made Arebbusch a home away from home for a while now as I have been doing a lot of consulting work for Bank Windhoek.

I just want to express my satisfaction with the level of comfort and service that we always receive at the Lodge, it is always professional and it is the reason Arebbusch has become our choice of lodging whenever we are in Windhoek.

I personally have been staying at the lodge from around February 2011 or even earlier and stay for elongated periods of time with each visit as my work arrangements require me to be in Namibia on weekends as well.

A colleague of mine Khaya Mbanga has also been staying at the lodge for quite some time now and as of last week we are  joined by about 3 or 4 other Deloitte consultants following our recommendation of the lodge.

I just want to thank you, Lize and the rest of the staff of Arebbusch for a job well done, regarding the 2 events we had with Sonja Heroldt yesterday.

From the moment of set-up to the moment of breakdown everyone was so helpful and attentive and from our side we really enjoyed working with you guys.

I am sure we will do lots of business in the future.

When asked on Facebook – What do you look for in an accommodation establishment when you travel? Monika replied – “To be completely honest, everything that Arebbusch offers. Comfort, privacy, peace & quiet, friendly & efficient staff, spacious rooms with a fridge, television, clean bathroom, comfortable beds & bedding. Meals to suit whatever your dietary needs may be and are absolute value for money. A relaxing, warm atmosphere. A person feels so welcomed and cared for at your establishment. It’s simply everything we want and need and more.”

Charlene and Titus go out of there way to ensure you’re training sessions are successful – the venue is always correctly setup, coffee/tea breaks as well as lunch are served at the time advised and their overall professionalism and friendliness results in us using Arebbusch as our preferred Conference/Training Venue and we recommend them with confidence to business associates and friends – The Insurance Institute of Namibia.
