Train the trainer Workshop
Tom Mutavdzic together with Arebbusch Travel Lodge held a “train the trainer” workshop at Arebbusch from the 11th of January 2011 until the 13th of January 2011. Two participants attended from Arebbusch Travel Lodge – Jerome Husselmann and Katja Kleingunther . Together they are responsible for training the staff at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant. This course will help to equip them with the skills that they need as trainers. This is indicative of Arebbusch Travel Lodge’s commitment to training and its belief that developing human capital is essential in ensuring sustainable growth, especially in the service industry.
