Market Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all product purchases made on the Arebbusch Travel Lodge and / or Arebbusch Market website: 

1. Delivery times are not guaranteed and might vary from that which was displayed at the time of the purchase. Where possible, Arebbusch Market and / or its service providers will try to keep the purchaser up to date with the delivery date and time of their purchase. 

2. Products will only be dispatched / products may only be collected once full payment has been received. The purchaser will be notified once their payment has cleared and their order has been dispatched / is available to be collected.

3. The purchaser has 48 hours after the receipt of their order to notify Arebbusch Market, in writing (either via email or the Arebbusch Market website) of their intention to return the order should they find their product / products to be defective in any way. 

4. The cost of returning a product or products is for the purchasers accout. 

5. Unless stated in writing, all products are sold free of warranty or gurantee.

6. A refund will only be done once an item or items has been returned in its origional packaging.  

7. Insurance of a product or products during shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

8. Arebbusch Market and its suppliers cannot be held liable for an item not being fit for purpose. 

9. Unless stated in writing, personal details will only be held for the purposes or the purhase and shipping (if required) and thereafter to comply with statutory regulations.
