About Our Loyalty Clubs

Arebbusch Travel Lodge offers guests 3 loyalty clubs:

The Arebbusch Travel Lodge Accommodation Loyalty Club
The Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant Loyalty Club
The Guestbook Loyalty Club

Guests are permitted to be members of all 3 clubs. However, please do take note, that for a reservation, a guest is not permitted to receive both Guestbook Loyalty Club rewards as well as Arebbusch Travel Lodge Accommodation Loyalty Club rewards. Guests who are members of both loyalty clubs, will have to choose which rewards they would like to accumulate for a specific reservation.

Members of the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Accommodation Loyalty Club receive one night’s free accommodation (in the same or similar unit type) for every ten nights accommodation for which they have paid.

Members of the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant Loyalty Club receive N$1.00 back (in the way of points) for every N$20.00 that they spend at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant. Points may be redeemed on any products or services sold by Arebbusch Travel Lodge.

Members of The Guestbook Loyalty Club receive 5% cash back (Paypal, Bitcoin or gift cards) OR 5% for a cause OR 15% cash forward (for a future stay at a participating property).

Terms and conditions apply to all of the aforementioned loyalty clubs.

How To Join?

To become a member of either the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Accommodation or Restaurant Loyalty Club, please complete the loyalty club application form located below.

To become a member of The Guestbook Loyalty Club, you can either sign up while making a reservation via the Arebbusch Travel Lodge internet booking engine or by visiting the sign up page on The Guestbook website.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will be notified via either email or telephone once your Arebbusch Travel Lodge Supporters Club application has been processed and your membership cards are ready for collection.
You will then have to collect these cards on your next visit to Arebbusch Travel Lodge, at which point you may immediately start using them.
It is imperative that you present us with your national identification card (I.D.) when collecting your membership cards and that your identification details matches the identification details provided to us on the online application form. You will also be required to furnish us with a photocopy of you national identification card (I.D.) when you apply for your supporters club membership.
You will not be allowed to collect your membership cards if you are unable to present us with you identification card and no discussion will be entered into.

Arebbusch Travel Lodge Supporters Club membership is subject to these: terms and conditions.
