The Executive Committee and Management of Arebbusch Travel Lodge are fully aware of the concerns raised by our guests surrounding this coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As always, the safety and health of our guests and our staff is our first priority.

In addressing this pandemic we would like to reassure guests that we have put all the necessary measures in place to ensure the good health of both guests and staff, and to this end, we will be taking even more steps to disinfect rooms and surfaces in public spaces.

Our rooms and accommodation units are widely spread over 10 hectares of open ground with ample space between rooms. As such, it is easy for guests to limit their contact with other guests should they so wish. In addition, the route from our entrance gate to the units is all open-air and parking, while undercover , is also open-air and in most cases located directly next to your unit. As such, you are able to move directly from your vehicle to your room without coming into contact with other people.

If for any reason, you or a member of your group requires medical assistance, medication or other provisions while staying with us, the Lady Pohamba Private Hospital and Grove Mall of Namibia is just 5 minutes away. There is also a Shell Service Station and Spar Express store located directly across from us.

In the event that you would prefer not to go out during your stay with us, we will do whatever we can to arrange medical assistance or the delivery of provisions for you at your room.

With regards to transport/transfers, we will gladly organize pre-booked transport for you on an individual basis in disinfected vehicles. In addition, for guests who prefer to do check-in and check-out on an individual basis, we will be happy to accommodate such requests, where we are able too.

For guests that need to change or cancel their travel plans, we will do everything possible to accommodate your changes.

We acknowledge that these are unsettling times and our hearts go out to all those who have been affected by this pandemic. However, please know that while we are vigilantly monitoring the situation, we remain open to welcome and accommodate guests with open hearts.
