With three venues to choose from and a gorgeous garden setting perfect for photographs, Arebbusch Travel lodge provides a wide range of choices when it comes to your wedding ceremony and reception.

These versatile, multipurpose, air-conditioned function rooms, including an enclosed thatch lapa with outdoor reception area, have a combined floor space of 950sqm.

Mix and match as you please

The venues can be hired together or separately, and in any combination. For example, you could exchange your vows in venue 1, or in the garden, and then adjourn to the thatched lapa for a relaxed reception function, or have your ceremony off site and host an elaborate sit-down dinner in venue 2.

Our beautiful gardens and kiddies playground are ideal for keeping children entertained and safe during the proceedings.

A dedicated customer manager will assist you throughout the process of arranging your wedding, from the time you book until the last guest leaves.

With years of experience, our managers have access to a pool of specialised third party providers who will see to it that your arrangements run smoothly. From décor and table settings, to photography and entertainment on your big night – we can assist you with every aspect of your wedding in Windhoek.

The finer details

A wide range of audio-visual equipment is at your disposal when you choose one of our venues for your wedding, including a PA system and projectors for your slide show of memories.

Our highly-rated onsite restaurant will cater to your every wish, with a diverse range of menus which can be served either plated or buffet style.

Fully licensed premises

The premises are fully licensed, with a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from, and an impressive wine list. Our wine suppliers will be happy to advise and even meet with you to assist with any special beverage requirements you might have.

Accommodation

Arebbusch Travel Lodge offers ample accommodation for out of town guests, with serviced luxury and standard rooms, self-catering apartments and even camping and caravan facilities. All our accommodation is available with a bed and breakfast service. There is plenty of secure off street parking and the property is protected by sturdy electrified palisade fencing and a 24-hour security service.
