Monday the 13th of May saw the re-launch of the Arebbusch Travel Lodge’s popular Supporters Club.  Now you can have your Eisbein, eat it and gain free loyalty points for doing so.

Members of the new Supporters Club will be rewarded with one loyalty point (worth N$1 and valid for one year) for every N$20.00 spent eating, drinking and being merry at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant, as follows:

 Points are awarded on any of the following Restaurant products or services:

• Al a Carte
• Buffets
• Drinks
• Special offers, product promotions or special events

You can spend your Loyalty Points on any product or service sold by Arebbusch Travel Lodge on your next visit.  Just another reason, apart from the glorious cuisine, great prices and fantastic ambiance – to enjoy your favourite Arebbusch treats and the best in Windhoek Accommodation.

For every five nights of paid B&B or Self-catering accommodation you spend at Arebbusch, we will credit you with a free Friday or Saturday night’s stay in a unit equivalent to that which was paid for, provided it is available (excluding the luxury cottages and villas). 

Arebbusch Supporters also get priority check-in; simply present your membership card on arrival and your check-in process will be handled even more quickly and efficiently than usual! 

In the unfortunate event of your membership cards being lost or stolen, we will gladly cancel them and replace them for you on presentation of your ID document.

Where do you sign up?

1. New Members

Just nip down to Reception with your valid ID document and we will process your application.  You can also apply online at your convenience.  As soon as your Restaurant and Accommodation Club cards are ready for collection, we will let you know, and you can pick them up on your next visit.

In the interests of fair play, terms and conditions do apply to this membership and you can read them online or ask at Reception.

2. Existing Members

Please contact us on [email protected], give us your details and state that you would like to qualify for the additional benefits.
 
We will activate an additional membership card for you that will allow you to claim your supporters’ club loyalty points at the restaurant and notify you when this has been done.  All you need to do is collect your card from Reception and complete a new Terms and Conditions form.
 
Your existing accommodation club card will remain active and all of the room nights recorded thereon will still be valid.
