Sauvignon Blanc

Alexanderfontein (Ormonde Darling)

Intense flavours of greens in the aromas, delicious freshness of cape gooseberries. Underflow of kiwi fruit and green mango. Fresh zesty aftertaste smells like green grass, fynbos herbs and sliced green peppers. Goes well with salads.



De Wetshof Limestone Hill Chardonnay

Unwooded. Fresh green apple combined with delicate citrus aromas on the nose follow through on the palate with long tangy finish of delicious full round ripe peaches, green apples and nutty citrus flavours. Best served with white meat and vegetables.


De Wetshof Bon Vallon

Unwooded. Bon Vallon has a brisk and clean freshness leading into a wide spectrum of classic flavours including citrus, with flowers and grilled nuts with nuanced minerality on the aftertaste. The succulent palate structure makes this an ideal food wine, superb with seafood, cream based pasta dishes, light curries as well as roast pork.


Excelsior Chardonnay

Lightly wooded. This fresh, crisp bottling is a blend of Excelsior’s three best Chardonnay blocks. Hints of peach, marmalade and orange blossom on the nose lead to flavors of green apple, citrus and pineapple on a full, creamy palate. Delicate toasty notes and a mineral edge round out this versatile everyday wine. A consistent “Best Buy”. Best served with pasta and seafood dishes.

Snow Mountain Chardonnay

Wooded. This Chardonnay is made in a classical style with hints of lime and citrus. Lingering tones of buttery oak and its clean minerality and concentration, mean that it compliments rich food dishes perfectly.

Foot of Africa Chenin Blanc

Rich tropical lime and guava aromas show on the nose and are complemented by a long, full and crisp aftertaste. This easy drinking wine has a good balance of Chenin Blanc flavours that compliments various dishes. Best served with seafood dishes.

Ernie Els Big Easy White

A delicate perfumed nose balances the crystalline structure and moderately full-bodied palate, completely unhindered by any oak. A hint of almond flakes and sprinkle of spice adds texture and depth. 100% Chenin Blanc.


Rosé Wine

Beyerskloof Pinotage Dry Rose

Clean and crisp entrance, refreshingly dry with good acidity. A medium bodied Rosé that is layered with sweet red berries. Hints of butte, creamy notes and complexity to this serious and delightful Rosé, finishing off with a lingering aftertaste of red cherries and sweet strawberries. Best served with salads and seafood.


Off-Dry White Wine


A lively – coloured with flashes of green, a touch of asparagus on the nose and crisp, lemony, off dry flavours. Goes well with cream based pastas, seafood and poultry.

Guardian Peak Merlot

Great complexity on the nose with floral notes of jasmine and violet. Ripe, juicy red fruit are prominent on the palate.


Excelsior Merlot

Dark, ruby colour. Sweet violet, blackberry fruit on the nose. Succulent flavours of ripe plum and blackcurrant, enhanced by hints of coffee and chocolate. Excellent with red meat dishes or simply enjoy it on its own.

Beyerskloof Pinotage

A medium bodied Pinotage with a ruby red colour. Dark fruit and red cherry flavours and hints of oak aromas. A balanced wine with good structure and a smooth finish.


Middelvei Pinotage

On the nose you will find rich aromas of plums and blackcurrant backed by mild wooded spices. The wine is medium-bodied with concentrated berry flavours, well structured tannins and a delightful lingering aftertaste.


Cabernet Sauvignon

Klein Zalze Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep red colour with a classic, multi-layered Cabernet nose, featuring chocolate and strong ripe blackberry fruit. On the palate, there is a solid concentration of liquorice and blackcurrant flavours.


Guardian Peak Frontier

The wine has a bright ruby red colour. Superb red fruit aromas of raspberry and plum are supported with hints of black cherry and cedar. The ripe red fruit from the nose comes to the fore on the palate. There is a subtle fynbos undertone that backs up the medium to full mouth-feel. This wine has a nice firm structure, with a lengthy red fruit finish.


Neil Ellis Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium red, purple in colour, the wine has tones of blackcurrant, violet and cedar aromas with touches of mint. The rich, ripe opulent but youthful palate has plummy fruit, a background of new oak and fine tannins.



Goudini Shiraz

Restrained oaky vanilla over red & black berries with hints of fynbos on the nose. A smooth, full-bodied wine which lingers long on the palate. Excellent with rump steak served with pepper sauce.


Guardian Peak Shiraz

The dark red fruit and mocha shows superb flow onto the palate, with a beautiful balance between the ripe red fruit flavour and subtle earthy characteristics. This wine has a soft creamy mid-palate with a grainy yet elegant finish.


Neil Ellis Groenekloof

Lovely, aromatic, red-fruit nose. Subtle, refreshing and complex graphite – like mineral palate. Well balanced with low-key winemaking. Meaty and complex.


Red Blends

Excelsior Purebred Red

Deep red colour. Aroma of blackcurrants and cherries as well as hints of spices. Medium bodied and juicy soft tannins. Excellent with burgers or pastas. Suitable to enjoy on its own.

Hermanuspietersfontein ‘Kleinboet’

From the Hemel en Aarde Valley, this is a blend of five grape varietals:- Carbernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot made in French Bordeaux wine style. Full bodied so enjoy with rich meaty dishes.


Beyerskloof Synergy

An abundance of fruit on the nose from blackcurrant, dark cherries to hints of plum. This combines well with mocha and cedar aromas from the oak. The fruit aromas compliments the palate and adds a bit of finesse to the wine.


Anthonij Rupert Optima

The nose abounds with blackcurrant, cassis, ripe plum and rich fruitcake with a hint of tobacco leaf too. It’s soft-textured and invitingly seductive. The same beautiful black and red fruit make the transition from nose to palate. They can be found in abundance with liquorice and coca adding a dark, inviting depth and contrast to the ripe sweetness of the fruit. Velvety and soft textured, but with backbone and structure.


Ports & Sherries

Allesveloren Port

A dark ruby red colour. Delectable aromas of raisins and blackcurrent with coffee and mocha undertones on the nose. Flavours of rich dark prune, mocha and delicious fruitcake. Savoury with a velvety palate and a long aftertaste.


Monis Dry Sherry

This is a classic fino type sherry. Dry aromatic and refreshing.


Monis Medium Cream Sherry

This medium cream sherry is silky smooth with a hint of sweetness and a nutty character. Bright, pale, natural gold in colour, the sherry holds butterscotch and pine needle on the nose. Long, silky flow across the palate with rich rather than sweet fine raisins, citrus and Christmas pudding flavours ending in a long finish.


Monis Full Cream Sherry

Dark brown in colour, this full cream sherry holds sweet vanilla flavours with nuts and honey. Rich toffee and brown sugar aromatics with hints of barley sugar, spice and honey comes to the fore with a beautifully balanced and delicate character.
