Catering is done in-house by the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Restaurant, which has on offer an extensive list of delectable and mouthwatering buffet options, and will ensure that all catering requirements are met.
Friendly, efficient, well-trained, experienced and service orientated personnel will go out of their way to ensure that all requests are attended too, that great service is provided and that every event is a success. A dedicated customer relationship manager will be assigned to you to ensure that all of your needs are met. The customer relationship manager will be available at all times to help you with arrangements and will tailor make a package for you at an affordable rate.

On request and via one of our covid test service provider partners, we can arrange for you to have a covid test done either at Arebbusch Travel Lodge or at a testing center.
Laundry should be dropped off at the main reception. Laundry dropped off before 8am will be done that same day. Laundry dropped off after 8am will be done by the following day. Once your laundry is done, you may either fetch it from the main reception or we can return it to your room.
On request and via one of our shuttle service provider partners, we can arrange a shuttle service for you from or to the airport or from and to anywhere else in Windhoek.
