Conference RATES & PACKAGES

Half-day conference: N$145.00 per person plus a meal option as indicated below. This includes the rental of the venue, arrival coffee/tea, second coffee/tea with a choice of brötchen or toasted sandwhiches as well as jugs of filtered water with slices of lemon and cucumber in them, complimentary mints and free Wi-Fi.

Full-day conference: N$215.00 per person plus a meal option as indicated below. This includes the rental of the venue, arrival coffee/tea, morning coffee/tea with with a choice of brötchen or toasted sandwhiches and afternoon coffee/tea with a choice of scones or freshly baked biscuits as well as jugs of filtered water with slices of lemon and cucumber in them, complimentary mints and free Wi-Fi.

The following presentation aids are included in the price, but are subject to availability and must be booked at the time that the quote is accepted: flip chart, white board and podium. Additional Conference Equipment is available on request, but is subject to availability and at additional charge.

We regrettably do not hire out venues without a meal option. Variations to the requirements/arrangements for a function will only be permitted up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event.
