Arebbusch Travel Lodge offers you an affordable and effective solution for all of your function needs in Windhoek. Year-end functions, birthdays, gala dinners, prize-givings and more, can all be catered for.

Quotations for functions at Arebbusch Travel Lodge are calculated based on the following. Firstly you select a venue or venues on the premises in which you wish to hold your function. Pricing for the venues is located directly below. Please ensure that the venue which you select is able to accommodate the number of people who you envisage will attend the event. We do advise that you come and see the venue in person before reserving it. Thereafter, you select a meal option from the meal options list which is located below the venue hire rates list. Meal options are quoted on a per person basis. Should none of the meal options meet your requirements, please do contact a conference customer relationship manager who will assist and tailor a package to suit your needs.

Option 1 – N$350.00 per person (Fixed Portion Buffet)

Option 4 – N$ 380.00 per person (Lamb Braai – In the pit or on the spit – Subject to a min. of 40 adults – Fixed Portion Buffet)

All prices are inclusive of VAT, are subject to change without prior notice and any additional charges incurred on the day of the function must be paid within the next working day. We regrettably do not hire out venues without a meal option. Variations to the requirements/arrangements for a function will only be permitted up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event.

Please take note that only the number of people that have been booked and paid for will be permitted inside the venue/s.
