At this stage, we do not offer fixed conference or function package rates. Instead, we create tailored packages based on each client’s specific needs.

Conferences & Corporate Events
Arebbusch Travel Lodge offers affordable half‑day and full‑day conference packages that include lunch, arrival coffee/tea, a second coffee/tea break with brötchen or toasted sandwiches, plus complimentary bottled water, mints and Wi‑Fi.
Functions & Special Events
Arebbusch Travel Lodge is able to host year-end functions, birthdays, gala dinners, prize-givings and more.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the number of people that have been booked and paid for will be permitted inside the venue/s.
Conferences Equipment & Aids
The following presentation aids are included in the package price, subject to availability and must be booked when accepting the cost estimate:
- Flip chart
- Whiteboard
- Podium
- Projector screen
Additional conference equipment can be arranged on request, subject to availability and an extra charge. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking all required equipment when confirming your conference.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, are subject to change without prior notice and any additional charges incurred on the day of the function must be paid within the next working day.
We regrettably do not hire out venues without a meal option. Variations to the requirements/arrangements for a function will only be permitted up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event.
