Unlike many traditional accommodation loyalty programmes that provide rewards only after a stay has been completed, our new Loyalty Club applies your eligible discount immediately when you make a booking through our internet booking engine. This means that members can start saving from their first eligible booking.

Membership is completely free, and every new member receives an immediate discount on eligible accommodation bookings made through our internet booking engine.
As your eligible accommodation spend increases over a rolling 12-month period, you can progress through the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum loyalty tiers and unlock greater discounts on future eligible reservations.

How to Join the Loyalty Club
Joining the Arebbusch Travel Lodge Loyalty Club is quick, easy and completely free.
To create your Loyalty Club account:
- Visit the Arebbusch Travel Lodge internet booking engine.
- Click the Log In / Sign Up button.
- On the next screen, click the Sign Up button located in the top right-hand corner.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create your account.
Once you have registered, sign in to your Loyalty Club account whenever you make an eligible reservation through our internet booking engine. Your applicable loyalty discount will then be applied during the online booking process.

Returning Guests May Already Have a Head Start
If you have stayed at Arebbusch Travel Lodge previously, please register using the same email address used for your past reservations.
Using the same email address allows previous eligible stays to be linked to your new Loyalty Club account and counted towards your loyalty tier. Depending on your eligible accommodation spend during the rolling 12-month period, this could help you qualify for a higher tier sooner.
If you change your email address at any stage, please notify us by emailing [email protected]. We can then update our records and help ensure that your loyalty status is not affected.
Who Can Join?
The Arebbusch Travel Lodge Loyalty Club is available to private individuals who personally book and pay for their accommodation.
In other words, the guest must be responsible for booking and paying for the accommodation reservation.
Bookings paid for by a company, NGO, government institution, travel agent, tour operator or another organisation are not eligible for benefits under the Loyalty Club.
When Will Your Account Be Updated?
Please note that reservation activity, eligible accommodation spend calculations and tier changes are not reflected instantly in the loyalty system.
Updates can take at least 24 hours to appear in your Loyalty Club account following:
- A new reservation
- A completed stay
- A reservation amendment
- A cancellation
- A change in your loyalty tier
This processing period allows eligible reservation and accommodation spend information to be correctly linked to your account.
What Happens to the Previous Loyalty Programme?
The previous manual accommodation loyalty programme is no longer accepting new private individual members.
However, guests who accumulated free nights under the previous programme are still welcome to redeem their existing free nights.
Please note that no additional free nights can be earned through the previous manual loyalty programme.
